My favorite receipt for muffins, can make it plain or chocolate, both versions are great.
Very simple and not fancy skill, just a few ingredients and you are ready to go.
Let's get started.
Ingredients Chocolant/Plain
180 grams plain flour + 10 grams of cocoa powder (plain: 190 grams of plain flour)
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 eggs
225grams of sugar (i reduced to150grams)
125ml of milk (1 tsp of condensed milk + water, add up to 125ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
65grams of unflavored oil
Method
1 Shift flour, baking powder, sugar together and mix well
2 Add in milk, vanilla extract, eggs and oil, blend well (don't overmix) until all the ingredients combined without lumps.
3 Place muffin case on the muffin pan. Spoon the mixture into the cases til almost full
4 Bake for 20 mintues in preheated oven of 200 degree C or until slightly golden brown. Let the muffin cool on the cooling rack before serving or storing.
I realized that cold muffin is great too, you might want to give this a try.
Enjoy baking
